A stunning ending to last night’s NXT.

WALTER beat Roderick Strong in the main event, and then made this announcement.

(Walter is Gunther)

That clip from last night’s NXT.

WWE filed to trademark last week for the name “Gunther Stark” - the name is the same as a Nazi u-boat commander during World War II. But that’s gotta be just a coincidence…right?

Sarray may also be getting a revamped character. We got a first look in a vignette last night.

And Grayson Waller gained an ally last night in the form of Saurav. He helped Waller steal a win over Dexter Lumis.

We got two first-round matches in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. Edris Enofe & Malik Blade got an upset win over Legado Del Fantasma…after NXT Champion Bron Breakker cut off Santos Escobar’s interference. Also, the Creed Brothers beat Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen.

Ivy Nile got an upset win over Kay Lee Ray…after NXT Women’s Champion, Mandy Rose got involved.

Duke Hudson returned to NXT TV. His hair is back. He ruined a match between Dante Chen and Guru Raaj.

On last night’s NWA Powerrr…

Madi Wrenkowki made her NWA debut…and got a win over Melina. Plus, Kylie Ray beat Allysin Kay…and Luke & PJ Hawk beat Jordan Clearwater & Marshe Rockett.

GCW added a six-way scramble match to its show Sunday at New York’s Hammerstein Ballroom…with Jack Cartwheel, Dante Leon, Grim Reefer, Ninja Mack, Nick Wayne, and Alex Zayne.

(STINGER: New Japan)

New Japan’s Golden Series tour begins Thursday. There’s a 6-man tag team main event. Kazuchika Okada, Hiroshi Tanahashi & Yuji Nagata vs. Tetsuya Naito, Shingo Takagi & SANADA. It’s a FREE show on New Japan World.

New Japan’s Chase Owens announced he had to cancel a pair of weekend bookings here in the U.S. after he tested positive for COVID-19.
